(Note 1) The loan interest rates shown are the fixed real interest rates based on the interest rate swap agreements entered into for the purpose of fixing the interest rates.The loan interest rates shown are based on the assumption that the amount of the loans and the principal amount of the swap agreements are equal.However, due to early repayments of loans, there are discrepency between the actual amounts.
(Note 2) We purchased an interest rate cap for notional principal of 3,000 million yen to set the upper limit of applicable interest rate (3-month Japanese yen TIBOR) to 1.38%.
