| The General Meeting of Unitholders, which is comprised of ADR's unitholders, serves as a forum for deciding certain matters concerning ADR as designated in the Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations Law (ITL) and the Articles of Incorporation (changing the Articles of Incorporation, selecting and dismissing the executive director and supervisory directors, etc.). ADR's General Meeting of Unitholders holds meetings at least once every two years. |

The Fifth General Meeting of Unitholders will be held on May 28, 2008.
To determine the unitholders who are entitled to exercise rights at the Fifth General Meeting of Unitholders, ADR has set March 31, 2008 as the record date. ADR deems the unitholders stated or recorded on the final register of unitholders on the record date as the unitholders entitled to exercise rights.
