General Description

Advance Residence Investment Corporation (ADR) is a real estate investment trust (J-REIT) specialized in rental housing that listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) in November 2005 (Securities code: 8978). ADR primarily invests in blue-chip properties in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area, but also makes investments in key cities nationwide. The management of most properties is entrusted to ITOCHU Urban Community Co., Ltd. and ADR applies the vast experience and network of ITOCHU Corporation, a leading Japanese trading company, and its group companies in developing the ADR portfolio.
