ADR will build its portfolio based on the following guideline.

- Other Regions are Tokyo Metropolitan excluding the Tokyo 23 Wards (prefectures of Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba) and Major Regional Cities.
- Investment Ratio is calculated based on acquisition price.

* Investment ratios are calculated based on leasable area.
* Investments in operated rental residence belonging to one of each unit type could be made up to 20% of the total leasable area of all unit types.
* Operated rental residence refers to properties that are operated by operators that differs from ordinary rental residence, such as serviced apartments (meaning furnished rental housing for short-term residents), dormitories for working people and students, senior housing, etc.
