Portfolio Guideline

ADR will build its portfolio based on the following guideline.

  1. Other Regions are Tokyo Metropolitan excluding the Tokyo 23 Wards (prefectures of Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba) and Major Regional Cities.
  2. Investment Ratio is calculated based on acquisition price.

* Investment ratios are calculated based on leasable area.

* Investments in operational rental residence belonging to one of each unit type could be made up to 20% of the total leasable area of all unit types.

* Operated rental residence refers to properties that are operated by operators  that differs from ordinary rental residence, such as serviced apartments (meaning furnished rental housing for short-term residents), dormitories for working people and students, senior housing, etc.
