Unitholders' Meetings
The General Unitholders' Meeting, which is comprised of ADR's unitholders, serves as a forum for deciding certain matters concerning ADR as designated in the Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations Law (ITL) and the Articles of Incorporation (changing the Articles of Incorporation, selecting and dismissing the executive director and supervisory directors, etc.).ADR's General Unitholders' Meeting is held at least once every two years.
